Its captured features cover sales and estimating (CRM, lead management, bid requests, contracts with eSignatures, cost catalog), project management (tasks and scheduling, daily logs, time tracking, files and photos, sub and vendor portals, a mobile app, and workflows), job finances (change orders, job costing, purchase orders, work orders, sub and vendor billing, AIA payment applications, and customer invoices), and customer experience tools (customer portals, selections and allowances, communication and messaging, homeowner financing, and online payment collection). It also lists an AI Connector, QuickBooks Online integration, and a Home Depot integration. The platform explicitly names home builders, remodelers, pool builders, outdoor living contractors, roofers, specialty contractors, commercial contractors, and franchises among the audiences it serves.
Pricing is $199/month (base, billed monthly) plus $20/month per internal user, billed monthly. No recurring complaints stood out in the reviews we scanned for JobTread — worth noting neutrally, not as an endorsement.

Its captured features include scheduling (Gantt and calendar, drag-to-reschedule, with automatic sub and client notifications), a client portal, selections and allowances with client-facing selection rooms, jobsite documentation (daily logs, photo feeds, punch lists), a file cabinet for blueprints and contracts, and change orders. On the financial side it lists POs and work orders, sub and vendor billing, customer invoices with draw schedules, and a multi-job margin dashboard. Several of these financial features are described with an AI label. The platform also lists a QuickBooks sync described as 2-way and real-time, faster estimates with reusable templates, white-labeled client portals, and an AI Inbox. A mobile app for iOS and Android is included.

Contractor+ offers a tiered pricing structure with a free entry point and paid tiers at $29/year and $58/year (both billed annually). Unfortunately, we weren’t able to capture Contractor+’s current features — the features page returned a 404 during our research, so we can’t describe its capabilities in detail. What we can say is that pricing is transparent and starts at $0, making it worth a direct visit to their site if low or no upfront cost is your priority.

4. Houzz Pro
Houzz Pro positions itself as an all-in-one platform for construction and design professionals covering project management and marketing in a single online platform with no downloads needed. Captured feature categories include 3D floor plans, selections, estimates, takeoffs, and scheduling — though the features page returned limited detail beyond those category names. Its positioning specifically calls out contractors and design pros.
Pricing: Houzz Pro’s dedicated pricing page was returning a 404 as of our last capture and no static plan pricing was published on the for-pros hub, so we can’t give you a number here — check their site directly for current plans.
Some users report friction with customer support, invoicing and payments, price/value, the mobile app, and features and functionality.
5. Contractor Foreman
Contractor Foreman bills itself as an affordable all-in-one construction management platform trusted by contractors in more than 75 countries. Its captured feature categories cover bid management, estimates, change orders, client portal, crew schedule, daily logs, calendar (including Google and Outlook calendar), document management, document writer, drawing and PDF markup, forms and checklists, equipment and vehicle logs, dashboard, directory, and client financing via SweetPay. It also lists integrations with Angi Leads (HomeAdvisor) and CompanyCam.
