Per-Tool Pricing Breakdown
JobTread
JobTread uses a two-part pricing structure: a $199/month base fee (billed monthly), plus $20/month per internal user (billed monthly). There is no published annual discount in the captured data, and no per-user fee is bundled into the base — every internal user added to the account carries that $20/month charge on top.
Projul
Projul publishes a single flat rate of $4,788 billed annually, with no per-user fees. The captured data shows one pricing tier at this annual price — no monthly billing option was captured.
BuilderPad
BuilderPad’s published pricing starts at $199/month (billed monthly). The captured data shows this as a starting price, meaning additional tiers or configurations may exist — but no further tier detail was captured, so $199/month is the only confirmed figure. Check their site directly for a full tier breakdown.
Contractor+
Contractor+ offers three pricing tiers, all billed annually: $0, $29, and $58. The captured data notes these tiers but does not map them to specific plan names or feature sets — so the distinction between tiers isn’t available here. We have no third-party review data for Contractor+.
Houzz Pro
Houzz Pro’s dedicated pricing page was returning a 404 as of our last capture (2026-07-18), and no static plan pricing was found anywhere on their for-pros hub. Pricing requires contacting their sales team directly. Some users in our review scan reported friction around customer support, invoicing and payments, price/value, the mobile app, and features and functionality — worth raising on any sales call.
Contractor Foreman
Contractor Foreman publishes a starting price of $49/month (billed monthly), making it the lowest captured entry point among tools with transparent pricing in this guide. The data shows this as a floor — additional tiers likely exist, but no upper-tier prices were captured. Their site references a 30-day free trial. We have no third-party review data for Contractor Foreman.
Buildxact
Buildxact has the most detailed published tier structure of any tool in this guide:
- Go — contact sales (price not published)
- Foundation — $199/month (billed monthly) or $169/month (billed annually)
- Pro — $399/month (billed monthly) or $339/month (billed annually)
- Master — $599/month (billed monthly) or $509/month (billed annually)
Paying annually reduces the monthly rate on each tier. Their site also references a 14-day free trial. We have no third-party review data for Buildxact.
Knowify
Knowify offers two plans, each with a monthly and an annual billing option:
- Core — $149/month (billed monthly) or $99/month (billed annually)
- Advanced — $399/month (billed monthly) or $329/month (billed annually)
Paying annually brings the monthly rate down on both plans. No recurring complaint themes stood out in the reviews we scanned for Knowify.
Procore
Procore publishes no plan prices. Pricing is custom-quoted — contact their sales team for a number. Some users in our review scan reported friction around customer support, price/value, and reliability/bugs.
Transparent Pricing vs. Sales-Quote: What the Split Looks Like
Seven of the nine tools in this guide publish at least a starting price. That’s genuinely useful: you can build a budget range before talking to anyone.
Transparent publishers: JobTread, Projul, BuilderPad, Contractor+, Contractor Foreman, Buildxact, and Knowify all post real dollar figures. Buildxact goes furthest, with four named tiers and both monthly and annual rates for three of them. Knowify and Buildxact both reward annual commitments with lower monthly rates.
Sales-quote only: Houzz Pro and Procore require a sales conversation before any number is on the table. Houzz Pro’s pricing page was down entirely at capture time — check their site directly for the current status. Procore is explicitly custom-quoted with no published tiers.
One hybrid: Buildxact’s “Go” plan sits inside their otherwise transparent lineup but is itself contact-sales — so even a tool with published pricing can have at least one opaque tier.
When evaluating sales-quote tools, it’s worth asking vendors directly: what’s the contract term, is there a per-user component, and what does renewal pricing look like — those details don’t appear anywhere in publicly captured data.
